      <image:title>A HANDFUL OF HOPE,LLC - MYOFASCIAL RELEASE</image:title>
<image:caption>Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat dysfunction in the fascia of our bodies. This dysfunction results in pain, limited motion, emotional distress, and decreased activity level. Fascia is not often talked about but plays a key role in injury and healing. Our fascia provides support and protection for most structures within the human body, including muscle. It is often described as a three dimensional web from our head to our toe without interruption. The treatment is a very light touch with a sustained pressure over time. Unlike traditional massage it can relieve your pain permanently.</image:caption>

      <image:title>TESTIMONIES - WALK/WORK/HUNT</image:title>
<image:caption>Ten years ago my plantar fasciitis pain became unbearable. I dreaded the mornings because as soon as I stepped out of bed my feet became tight, and I got hot shooting pains with every step. I had to walk on my heels to reduce the pain. For my job I stand on a hard concrete floor which made my pain worse as the day went on. Instead of enjoying my evenings going on a walk with my wife all I wanted to do was sit with my feet up to get some relief. I tried custom inserts, stretching, icing and cortisone injections. None of these helped my pain. My wife encouraged me to go for a myofascial treatment with Pattie. My first session with Pattie was very strange to me because the treatment was very gentle, I worried if she was even doing anything because all the other treatments I had tried were painful. The next morning when I stepped out of bed my pain was 95% gone. I had a second treatment the next week. My pain was gone the next day and has not returned for the past 10 years. I can go to work, go on walks with my wife, play with my grandchildren and return to hunting. Pattie is my Hero. I was the biggest skeptic, but now I am a BELIEVER. <image:caption>I AM 84 YEARS OLD AND HAD INJURED MY LEFT SHOULDER OVER 40 YRS AGO AND WAS NOT ABLE TO RAISE IT HIGHER THEN MY CHEST. AFTER 1 TREATMENT OF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE I CAN NOW USE MY ARM FOR WHATEVER I NEED TO. THIS WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL WHEN I BROKE MY RIGHT ARM AND HAD TO HAVE IT IN A SLING FOR 8 WEEKS. PATTIE HAS ALSO TREATED MY BACK AND I CAN NOW WALK DOWN TO PLAY CARDS AND SLEEP IN BED AGAIN. PATTIE IS MY ANGEL. MJ</image:caption>

      <image:title>TESTIMONIES - SHOOT FOR 2</image:title>
<image:caption>My name is Brad, I am writing this to thank Pattie for making a huge difference for me. I was playing high school basketball and we had just qualified for Sectionals. I was at practice and pulled something in my chest. I was limited with my ability to pass the ball and shoot, if this did not go away I knew I wouldn't be able to play in the game. My mom was aware of Pattie's training and her success rate for helping so many people who were injured. The pain was gone after just one treatment. I was able to play in the game and we WON! You are in good hands with Pattie.</image:caption>

      <image:title>MY STORY - MY STORY</image:title>
<image:caption>Allow me to introduce myself. I am an occupational therapist with 40 years of experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses. In 2006 I expanded my clinical skills by becoming trained in myofascial release for pain relief. September 2021 I was fortunate to complete John Barnes MFR I and am enjoying the many more success stories of individuals being able to return to completing daily activities with less pain or no pain and resume participation in leisure activities that they had to stop because of pain. In 2012, I sustained an injury that resulted in severe daily pain. It was at that time that I fully began to understand what it meant to live in pain and the difficulty in finding relief and someone to listen to me. After navigating through the traditional health system I turned to alternative treatments including myofascial release. This injury was a turning point in my clinical practice. At that time I made a commitment to help as many individuals who were living in pain that I could. I have had great success incorporating myofascial release into my clinical practice for the past 15 years. These rewarding and successful experiences have led me to opening this business to serve individuals living in pain . Through A Handful of Hope my mission is to relieve your pain to allow you to live a fulfilling life again doing what you love to do.</image:caption>
