MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat dysfunction in the fascia of our bodies. This dysfunction results in pain, limited motion, emotional distress, and decreased activity level. Fascia is not often talked about but plays a key role in injury and healing.  Our fascia provides support and protection for most structures within the human body, including muscle. It is often described as a three dimensional web from our head to our toe without interruption. The treatment is a very light touch with a sustained pressure over time.  Unlike traditional massage it can relieve your pain permanently.
